With the September 30 deadline looming for compliance with the new data collection order, there is still much uncertainty among employers.  Under the new EEO-1 reporting requirements, private employers with 100 or more employees will be required to report employees by race, ethnicity, gender, hours worked and pay information, collected from W-2 forms, aggregated into 12 different pay bands as defined by the EEO-1.

Join Affirmity experts, Mauri Spears and Brad Wiltshire, on Wednesday, July 10 at 1 pm CST as they discuss the ruling and how best to prepare.  In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • Background on the ruling and what is expected of employers
  • Review of data required from employers
  • When and how the data is submitted
  • Resources employers can use for completing this requirement.
