With the growth in the extended workforce, it’s becoming increasingly important for organizations to determine the current diversity of their non-full-time workforce. According to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2023 Workforce Solutions Buyer Survey, while only 35% of respondents in the Americas have their contingent workforce program aligned with their diversity goals, 50% wish to explore this seriously within the next two years.
