Affirmative action for gender and race may have been eliminated at the federal level, but the concept remains in effect for organizations that contract with certain states and other regional jurisdictions. Use our infographic to keep tabs on which states have affirmative action requirements, when those requirements may apply, and when states have other non-discrimination laws you will need to research!

Depending on where your organization does business, you may still have affirmative action responsibilities.
