Jeffery Lewis oversees professional services and sales for Affirmity’s affirmative action consulting services and diversity planning programs. He leads teams of consultants who deliver services spanning affirmative action, EEO compliance, and diversity planning. He also oversees a team of experts who specialize in evaluating allegations of discriminatory employment practices.
With more than 30 years with the company, Mr. Lewis has assisted hundreds of clients across numerous industries. He regularly presents executive seminars on all aspects of affirmative action and diversity management.

Bruce Kile oversees technology at Affirmity—with direct responsibility for technology operations, support, and software product development. He leads a team of developers and quality assurance engineers who deliver affirmative action, EEO, and diversity planning products to clients. He also manages support and operations for Affirmity software products and data centers.
With more than 35 years in technology leadership and 20 years focused on affirmative action and diversity, Mr. Kile helps clients achieve their goals using Affirmity technology.

Kim Hendon oversees account management and sales for Affirmity. She is responsible for building successful, long-term partnerships with clients for generating new business. Having served with the company for more than 20 years, Ms. Hendon has in-depth knowledge and broad experience in all areas of compliance and diversity.
Ms. Hendon assists clients with planning and development of affirmative action programs, diversity initiatives, and diversity training. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Lana Cordero has 18 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Affirmity, she served as a senior affirmative action paralegal and affirmative action coordinator for Jackson Lewis LLP. Ms. Cordero leads a team of analytics professionals responsible for data preparation, including raw data cleansing and data integrity validation. She also supports Affirmity clients by providing on- and off-site consulting support for corporate compliance teams.
Ms. Cordero is a member of the North Texas Industry Liaison Group (NTILG).

He has 20 years of experience in manual and automated software QA and more than 15 years working with affirmative action applications. He is a Certified Scrum Master with extensive experience testing software within the Agile development methodology.

Charles (Chuck) McGhee, PhD, serves as Affirmity’s lead statistician. He has more than 14 years of expertise in workforce compliance, in the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Affirmity, he served for 10 years as senior statistician with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
He has more than four years’ experience in the private sector providing consultative services to federal contractors. He leads pay equity studies, hiring decision analyses, and termination analyses projects on behalf of clients across industries.
Dr. McGhee holds a PhD in Biostatistics, and undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Mathematics.

Patrick McNiel, PhD, specializes in workforce analytics, using both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze employment practices and inform employment decisions.
Dr. McNiel is an expert in hiring decision analysis. He applies this expertise to examine both the validity of instruments used for talent acquisition and management and the potential of such instruments for creating adverse impact.
Dr. McNiel holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and he is licensed to practice psychology by the State of Texas.

Erica Medrano (MBA, PHP, SHRM-CP, PMP) oversees a team of consultants responsible for delivering affirmative action and EEO consulting as well as diversity planning solutions.
With more than 18 years of experience in affirmative action, Ms. Medrano has successfully supported numerous clients through trainings and OFCCP audits. Prior to joining Affirmity, she worked as an affirmative action advisor for a federal contractor, where she developed functional Affirmative Action Plans, implemented good faith efforts, and recommended assistive technologies for employees with disabilities.
Ms. Medrano holds undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and serves as a member of the North Texas Industry Liaison Group (NTILG).

Julia Méndez (SHRM-CP, CAAP, CDR, PHR, CDP, CELS) has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients with OFCCP compliance reviews and offering technical assistance with Affirmative Action Plans and diversity programs. She’s responsible for creating and delivering client training on equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, diversity and inclusion, and other topics.
Ms. Méndez holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration, an MBA, and a Master’s in Professional Counseling. She is a Certified Affirmative Action Professional, Certified Diversity Professional, Certified Disability Recruiter, and Certified Employment Law Specialist. She also holds two certifications in Human Resources.
She serves, by appointment of the Governor of Louisiana, on the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights.

Pamela Pujo has nearly a decade of experience developing and leading successful diversity strategies and innovative D&I programs—managing from within and as a consultant.
Her expertise spans diversity and inclusion, equity, and accessibility, with an emphasis on data, metrics, and benchmarking. Ms. Pujo has managed and led diversity awareness education programs across functional and departmental lines, including talent management, professional development, and business development.
Prior to joining Affirmity, she served as a senior leader of diversity strategies at American Airlines, where she provided guidance to employee resource groups (ERGs).
In her role at Affirmity, Ms. Pujo helps clients optimize their diversity and inclusion programs through deployment of our diversity benchmarking and reporting tools.
Ms. Pujo holds a Master’s in Humanities and Communications. She currently serves on the Greater Dallas Advisory Board to the Texas Diversity Council.

Mauri Spears has served Affirmity clients since 1997, providing leadership in workforce compliance, succession planning, and training management. She has managed process re-engineering initiatives for both workforce compliance and recruitment management.
