Affirmity is working with NMSDC minority-certified business CAPE Inclusion to mutually expand diversity, equity, and inclusion services for customers.
DALLAS, TX—24 March 2022—Affirmity, a market leader in workplace compliance, diversity, and inclusion training and consulting solutions, today announced that it has partnered with CAPE Inclusion, a Black-owned business and peer in the DE&I solutions space.
A new referral partnership will see both businesses promote each other’s services to their customers. This will allow CAPE Inclusion customers to benefit from an easy path to accessing services such as Affirmity’s diversity metrics and inclusion training offerings, while Affirmity customers will have further options for consulting services and software, including an inclusion measurement tool.
The arrangement means that customers can benefit from a wealth of DE&I expertise and experience at the two companies. Kim Hendon, VP of Sales at Affirmity, provides an illustration of that expertise: “CAPE Inclusion has ‘written the book’—so to speak—on how to create and manage DE&I programs.”
Co-founder Jason R. Thompson’s book, Diversity and Inclusion Matters: Tactics and Tools to Inspire Equity and Game-Changing Performance, discusses his CAPE process (Collect, Analyze, Plan, Execute and repeat). Hendon explains: “Not only did the development of this process lead to the creation of CAPE Inclusion itself, but its clear and easy-to-follow principles are ones that Affirmity would endorse.”
Discussing the agreement, CAPE Inclusion Co-Founder and Vice President Jason R.
