Please be advised that on September 3 the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) issued notice that all covered federal contractors must begin using the 2014-2018 Census EEO Tabulation to develop all written affirmative action programs (AAPs) that commence on or after January 1, 2022.
Affirmity is currently posting the new EEO Tabulation in our applications and scheduling knowledge transfer sessions to help clients prepare using the new 2014-2018 EEO Tabulation.
For Affirmity clients, please work with your consultant as you plan to transition to the new census information.
